R262-263 Single Pack Waterproofing System

Waterproofing System A single pack moisture reactive, solvent free, waterproofing system that is suitable for a wide variety of surfaces. It is specifically designed to waterproof as well as creating a strong yet elastic and flexible barrier on the applied surface. Contains no PU, Bitumen or Acrylic.Resisting all types of water whilst maintaining a vapour permeable, non hazardous, UV stable surface.

Overview
Single Pack Waterproofing System

Suitable for use on a wide variety of flat roofs, gutters and drainage systems.

How To Use
Single Pack Waterproofing System

  • Apply to a clean, dry and prepared/primed surface using a brush, roller or spray at a loading of 500 microns (0.5 mm)
  • Surface will be touch dry in less than 60 minutes
  • Further coats can be applied up to 12 hours

Surface Preparation
Single Pack Waterproofing System

Always test a small hidden portion of the substrate before use, to ensure the final result is satisfactory and to calculate consumption.

Primer may be required on certain surfaces such as: dry and wet concrete, steel, aluminium, lead, roofing felt and rigid bitumen based substrates. To establish if primer is required, perform an adhesion test with the waterproofing system before applying the product. See separate TDS for twin pack epoxy primer application (R235).

Ensure the surface is free from contaminants such as dirt, dust, oil, algae etc before proceeding to apply the product.

Storage
Single Pack Waterproofing System

Keep out of reach of children. Keep in a dry place between 5c and 30c in the original container.

Important
Single Pack Waterproofing System

Ensure substrate moisture content is below 5% MAXIMUM.

Do not apply during rain or frost and when surface air temperature is below 0ºc and above 40c. If contaminants come into contact with the surface shortly after the product is applied (rainfall may cause indents in the surface) a further light overcoat will generally fix the problem when applied to the dry surface to re-achieve a smooth finish.

Precautions For Use
Single Pack Waterproofing System

For Health & Safety instructions, first aid measures, spillages and disposal instructions, see separate Health & Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
